Roasted hazelnuts are produced by roasting hazelnut kernels and removed partially or totally from the skin.

ORIGIN: Ordu (Levant), Giresun, Trabzon,Akçakoca.

PROCESS: Roasted hazelnuts are produced by roasting hazelnut kernels andremoved partially or totally from the skin.

USAGE: Roasted hazelnut kernels are ready for the domestic or intermationalmarkets after selection. Also according to customer requests , roasted kernelsare processed as chooped, sliced , meal or paste and supplyied to market.

USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material forchocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user.

ROASTING LEVEL: According to customer specifications (Low, Medium, High roasted).

CALIBRATION: According to customer specifications it is prepared in followingsizes (13-15 mm, 11-13mm, 11-12 mm, 12-14 mm 9-11 mm etc.)

PACKING: In, jute bags polieten inside, vacuum bags withcartons or only in vacuum bags: all can ship by pallets streched with polieten
